Factory DisplayThe company possesses various production lines like a PZS900 electric screw press precision forging production line from Germany MILL WEINGARTEN, a NPS2500 high energy screw press precision forging production line from Germany, Double 2500 tons screw press production line, an 80KJ electric hydraulic forging hammer, die forging hammers from 1 ton to 16 tons, free forging hammer from 1 ton to 5 tons, etc. Some advanced facilities like the CNC machine center, NC plano milling and boring machine, CNC gantry milling machine, CNC die milling machine are available to the company, in where various types and size of dies can be produced. The company has several heat treatment production lines by which the processes of the normalization, quenching & tempering and ageing for the forging parts (steel, aluminium alloy, titanium alloy) and heat treatment for forging dies can be done. Shot-blasting facilities are available to the surface of forging parts. The surface and interior quality of forging parts can be inspected by means of fluorescent magnetic powder flaw detection and ultrasonic flaw detection.
