Our factory has more than 70 years of foundry experience.Smelting used 20 tons high power of eccentric bottom basic electric arc furnace and 25 tons LF ladle refining furnace duplex process . Organic ester self hardening sand molding production line is mainly produce bolster , side frame , coupler and knuckle other products for mass production steel castings . Bolster and side frame produce with a mechanical hand , A set of core equipment , 2 units of integral core shooter of 200L bolster and side frame , 1 unit of 80KG core shooter . Coupler , knuckle produce with 3 sets of molding equipment , 1 set of 70KG double station core shooting machine , 1 set of 30L core shooting machine and 1 set of 50L core shooting machine . Heat treatment equipped with two industrial furnace groups , 10 sets of car-type heat treatment furnace and 2 production line for coupler , bolster and side frame continuous heat treatment .
