Application in engineering construction

Tipper Truck is a large vehicle designed for transporting and automatically unloading bulk cargo, and is widely used in construction, mining and other fields. Its core function is to tilt the cargo box through a mechanical or hydraulic system, and unload the cargo quickly without human intervention, significantly improving logistics efficiency.

Tipper trucks are also called dump trucks, dump trucks or dumpers. Their core structure includes a chassis, a hydraulically driven tiltable cargo box and a control system. The cargo box can be lifted to a maximum tilt angle of about 55 degrees by a hydraulic device, and bulk cargo such as sand, stone and ore can be naturally slid down by gravity. The single unloading time usually does not exceed 3 minutes. This design saves more than 80% of unloading time compared to traditional trucks, and is particularly suitable for scenarios that require high-frequency loading and unloading.

The main application scenarios cover three major areas: in construction projects, it undertakes the task of transporting concrete aggregates, with a single load of up to 30 tons; in open-pit mines, it is responsible for ore transportation, and the specially designed wear-resistant cargo box can withstand high-intensity impact; in the municipal field, it is used for garbage removal, and the sealed cargo box can effectively prevent the spread of odor. Port terminals mostly use traction dump trailers, whose articulated structure is more suitable for flexible steering in narrow yards.

The role of dump trucks in the logistics system is reflected in three aspects: by reducing the loading and unloading links, the transportation efficiency is increased by 40%-60%; the daily operation volume of a single vehicle can reach 8-10 times that of manual loading and unloading; in the transportation of sand and gravel aggregates, the use of dump trucks can reduce the overall cost by 0.3 yuan/ton-kilometer. With the development of intelligent network technology, the new generation of models has begun to integrate remote monitoring and automatic driving functions, further expanding the application boundaries.
